This tweet by Hiten Shah (Founder of two SaaS companies - Crazy Egg and Kissmetrics) highlights the crucial difference between building features and creating lasting change in user behavior.
He argues that while features can make your product look polished and appealing, strategies focus on how those features actually affect user habits and engagement.
For example, a feature like a dark mode can look sleek and attract users initially, but it’s merely a tactic—if the core value of the product doesn’t align with user needs or doesn’t improve their experience, users may stop using it.
On the other hand, a strategy that encourages habit-building, such as notifications or daily streaks on a learning platform, shifts user behavior by making the app part of their daily routine.
This insight is not just crucial for UX/UI designers but every one in the decision-making role, who wish to create a platform that becomes a part of their customer’s routine.
This tweet by Neil Patel (founder of a digital marketing agency and a bestselling author) highlights key insights into consumer trust and how it directly impacts sales and loyalty. He emphasizes that trust is the bedrock of any successful business, and three key factors build that trust are-
Testimonials: We all rely on reviews and recommendations before making a purchase. It's like asking a friend for advice.
Easy Returns: Nobody wants to be stuck with something they don't love. Offering hassle-free returns shows customers you value their satisfaction.
Fast Shipping: In today's fast-paced world, we want things now! Fast shipping builds trust and sets a high standard for convenience. Think of the success of BlinkIt and Zepto.
By focusing on these elements, you can build lasting customer relationships and watch your business grow.
Ramp’s hiring principles show that talent is found in unexpected places. By prioritizing high potential, unconventional backgrounds, and strong cultural fits over traditional qualifications, they’ve built a team focused on growth and innovation.
This tweet is a reminder that sometimes the best candidates don’t fit the usual mold—look beyond the resume to find true value.
What an insightful thought by Ranveer Allahbadia.
It’s a simple yet powerful career strategy: Be a job creator, not a job seeker. Even if you don’t run your own business (yet), focus on building strong teams that drive results and free you up for bigger challenges. It's not about building your personal reputation—it's about creating opportunities for growth and impact.

Personal Picks: The Book That Transformed My Career
I picked up one of my favorite books again this week—Deep Work by Cal Newport.
I read it a few years ago, and let me tell you—it completely changed how I approach work, productivity, and career growth.
Now, I make it a point to re-read it every year. And every time, I walk away with new perspectives that help me work better, not just harder.
Here are some of the biggest lessons from the book that have directly impacted my career, and you can implement them too:
Focus on What Truly Matters → Not everything deserves your attention—most things are just noise. Identify two or three high-impact goals and go all in instead of spreading yourself too thin.
Plan Your Week with Intention → Before the week starts, take time to reflect on what worked last week and prioritize key tasks for the week ahead. A clear plan helps you focus on what matters.
End Your Workday with a Shutdown Ritual → Take five minutes before logging off to create a rough plan for the next day. This simple habit reduces stress, improves clarity, and saves you hours of chaos the next day.
Take Thinking Walks → Schedule a short walk during your day and focus on a single work challenge. Walking without distractions helps structure your thoughts, leading to clearer ideas and better decision-making.
Cut Down on Mindless Scrolling → The "just 5 minutes" of social media can keep you hooked for hours. Instead of falling into the trap of endless scrolling, focus on projects that actually move you forward.
Work with a Fixed Schedule → Set a hard stop for your workday—whether it's 5:30 p.m. or another time, stick to it. This forces you to stay productive during work hours and prevents tasks from stretching endlessly. This has worked like magic for me.
This book taught me that focus is a career superpower. 🎯 It’s not about working harder—it’s about working with intention, eliminating distractions, and making consistent progress.

Now that we’ve discussed how to progress in our careers, build successful projects, and improve our work days for good, let’s look at a real-world example of innovation and execution.
One startup that embodies the principles of creativity, adaptability, and innovation is Fambo. Here’s how they’re transforming the food industry.
Startup of the Week: Redefining Freshness in the Food Supply Chain
Running a restaurant is tough, and sourcing fresh, high-quality produce consistently can be a major challenge. That’s where Fambo is stepping in to change the game.
Founded by Akshay Tripathi (CEO) and Sudarshan Satle (COO), Fambo leverages a vast network of Indian farmers to ensure restaurants get top-quality fruits and vegetables at the best prices—without the usual supply chain headaches. From seasonal and exotic vegetables to ground spices and pre-cut vegetables, they aim to fulfill all the needs of their partner restaurants.
But Fambo isn’t just another supplier. Their FamboEdge platform personalizes orders to match each restaurant’s exact needs, guaranteeing consistency, quality, and reliability every time, while providing access to a broad selection of products that enable menu innovation and business growth.
What makes Fambo stand out is its ability to bridge the gap between B2B and B2C markets, serving both restaurant giants like McDonald’s, Burger King, California Burrito, and Barbeque Nation and other food businesses.
Their top-quality produce is made possible through trusted farm and food processing partners, robust operational processes, and strict compliance with industry standards like FSSAI, NSF, and GAP. This focus on quality assurance ensures that every product meets the highest safety and hygiene benchmarks before reaching the customer.
Fambo is still in its early stages, but it’s already making waves. The startup recently secured $2.1 million in seed funding from investors like EV2 Ventures and Rajesh Sawhney, a strong vote of confidence in its potential.
With a tech-driven, automation-powered approach and backing from industry leaders, Fambo is on track to become a major player in the food supply chain space. As the food service industry evolves, Fambo is positioning itself not just as a supplier, but as a key enabler of growth, efficiency, and innovation.
Keep an eye on this one—it’s just getting started. 👀
